For Katori:

For Tamarind:

For Tamarind Green Chutney:

Instructions
For Katori:
Add salt and oil in flour and mix it well with lukewarm water.Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
And roll a round roti of it.
And punch the fork on it.
And then shape it by placing it on round bowl.
Then deep fry the roti along with the bowl.
For Chaat:
Mix all the ingredients of chat in a large bowl.
Fill the katori with the chat.
Assemble it with yogurt, green chatni and tamarind chatni.
