Ingredients
  

For Katori:

  • 2 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 2 tbsp Oil 
  • Water As Required

For Chaat:

  • 2 cup Chickpeas (boiled)
  • 2 Potato (boiled) 
  • 1 Onion 
  • 2 Tomato 
  • 2 Green Chilies (chopped) 
  • ½ bunch Coriander Leaves
  • ½ bunch Mint Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt 

For Tamarind:

  • 1 cup Tamarind Pulp 
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt 
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli (crushed) 
  • ½ tsp Dried Ginger Powder
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar

 For Tamarind Green Chutney:

  • 1 bunch Coriander Leaves
  • 1 bunch Mint Leaves
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • ½ tsp Salt 
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

For Katori:

  • Add salt and oil in flour and mix it well with lukewarm water.Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
  • Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
  • And roll a round roti of it.
  • And punch the fork on it.
  • And then shape it by placing it on round bowl.
  • Then deep fry the roti along with the bowl.

For Chaat:

  • Mix all the ingredients of chat in a large bowl.
  • Fill the katori with the chat.
  • Assemble it with yogurt, green chatni and tamarind chatni.
