Katori Chaat Recipe
Ingredients
For Katori:
- 2 cup Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Water As Required
For Chaat:
- 2 cup Chickpeas (boiled)
- 2 Potato (boiled)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 2 Green Chilies (chopped)
- ½ bunch Coriander Leaves
- ½ bunch Mint Leaves
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 cup Yogurt
For Tamarind:
- 1 cup Tamarind Pulp
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Red Chilli (crushed)
- ½ tsp Dried Ginger Powder
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
For Tamarind Green Chutney:
- 1 bunch Coriander Leaves
- 1 bunch Mint Leaves
- 2 Green Chillies
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
For Katori:
- Add salt and oil in flour and mix it well with lukewarm water.Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
- Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
- And roll a round roti of it.
- And punch the fork on it.
- And then shape it by placing it on round bowl.
- Then deep fry the roti along with the bowl.
For Chaat:
- Mix all the ingredients of chat in a large bowl.
- Fill the katori with the chat.
- Assemble it with yogurt, green chatni and tamarind chatni.
