Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Chicken Mince
  • ½ cup Hung Curd
  • 4 tbsp Gram Flour
  • 2 tbsp Raw Papaya Grinded
  • cup Onion 
  • ½ cup Brown Onion
  • Oil or Clarified Butter For Frying
  • 1 piece Coal 
  • Salt To Taste

Grind Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic
  • 2 Black Cardamoms
  • 6 Green Cardamoms
  • 4 Cloves 
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg 
  • ½ tsp Mace 
  • 6 Button Red Chilies Roasted & Grinded

Instructions
 

  • Marinate mince with salt, all the grinded ingredients and hung curd, mix well, add all the remaining ingredients and leave it for 1 hour.
  • Add in the grounded brown onion, give dum of coal, form into flat rounds, fry the kebabs on the grill pan with little oil.
