Grind Wet Ingredients:

Instructions
Marinate mince with salt, all the grinded ingredients and hung curd, mix well, add all the remaining ingredients and leave it for 1 hour.
Add in the grounded brown onion, give dum of coal, form into flat rounds, fry the kebabs on the grill pan with little oil.
