Heat oil in a pan, add onion, sauté for a minute, add garlic, green chilli and fry for another minute.
Now add mince and fry until colour changes.
Add all your vegetables and fry until water dries.
Now add black pepper, chilli flakes, Worcestershire, sriracha sauce, salt, rosemary and cook for 3/4 minutes.
Add flour and mix well.
Add chicken stock and keep stir for 2 minutes until becomes a thick curry and sprinkle coriander.
