Cut chicken fillets from the center and pound fillets with the help of meat hammer from both sides then cut into two longitudinally strips.
Make all the pieces in similar process & set aside.
Prepare Marinade:
In a bowl,add cream,green chilli crushed,yogurt,ginger garlic paste,salt,black pepper crushed,onion powder,coriander seeds,garam masala powder,gram flour,cumin powder & whisk until well combined.
Now add chicken pieces and mix well, cover & marinate for 30 minutes
Prepare Stuffing:
In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice & mix well until it thickens.
Add cheddar cheese,fresh coriander,red chilli crushed and salt,mix well & set aside.
On a clean surface, place a marinated chicken strips, add 1 tsp of cheese filling & roll out.
On a wooden skewer,skew stuffed chicken with capsicum (makes 6).
Grease frying pan with cooking oil & cook chicken skewers from all sides until tender & golden brown and cover in between on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
