Instructions
In your stock add corn cobs, cook for 15 mins, marinate chicken pieces with chicken powder, salt, pepper and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a fry pan and sauté chicken on high flame, take it out and add onion, salt, pepper to the same pan with chopped garlic.
Now add 2 tbsp butter, add stock and sautéed chicken, simmer for 20 mins, add in evaporated milk, simmer for 10 mins.
Season with salt and pepper, serve with cream, parsley, chopped jalapeno and siracha sauce.
