Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseeds 
  • 2 Oranges OR Clementines
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • ½ cup Pineapple Chunks

Instructions
 

  • Add of the ingredients to the blender, secure the lid and select "whole juice". It's done in under a minute and the flax seeds blend up really well.
