Green Flax Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup Water
- 2 tbsp Flaxseeds
- 2 Oranges OR Clementines
- 1 Banana
- 2 cups Spinach
- ½ cup Pineapple Chunks
Instructions
- Add of the ingredients to the blender, secure the lid and select "whole juice". It's done in under a minute and the flax seeds blend up really well.
