Add salt, coriander powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder and mix.
In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, ghee and mix.
Take a ball sized dough, make a flat bread, pour oil, spread oil with a spoon, sprinkle all-purpose flour, fold like a fan and then roll into a tight ball.
Then again make a flat bread out of it. Add filling and roll into a flat bread again.
Brush oil on the tawa and fry the paratha until both sides are golden brown.
