Pyaaz Paratha Recipe
Ingredients
For Dough:
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- Salt To Taste
- ½ cup Ghee
For Filling:
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion
- Salt To Taste
- ½ tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
Instructions
- In a frying pan, heat oil and saute onions.
- Add salt, coriander powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder and mix.
- In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, ghee and mix.
- Take a ball sized dough, make a flat bread, pour oil, spread oil with a spoon, sprinkle all-purpose flour, fold like a fan and then roll into a tight ball.
- Then again make a flat bread out of it. Add filling and roll into a flat bread again.
- Brush oil on the tawa and fry the paratha until both sides are golden brown.
