Instructions
In a medium pot heat clarified butter, add semolina and saute.
Over a low flame add milk and stir well.
While stirring, pour the half of the beaten egg and keep mixing until fully cooked. Then pour the remaining half of the egg and keep stirring.
Then add the cardamom powder and keep mixing.
Add sugar and keep stirring.
Add few drops of food coloring, keep mixing until the eggs are completely cooked until it leaves the base of the pot.
Add raisins, almonds and mix, Garnish with cashew nuts.
