Anday Ka Halwa Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Clarified Butter
- 1 cup Suji (Semolina)
- ½ cup Milk
- 3-4 Egg
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- Few Drops Yellow Food Color
- Raisins
- 7-8 Almonds
- 6-7 Cashew Nuts
Instructions
- In a medium pot heat clarified butter, add semolina and saute.
- Over a low flame add milk and stir well.
- While stirring, pour the half of the beaten egg and keep mixing until fully cooked. Then pour the remaining half of the egg and keep stirring.
- Then add the cardamom powder and keep mixing.
- Add sugar and keep stirring.
- Add few drops of food coloring, keep mixing until the eggs are completely cooked until it leaves the base of the pot.
- Add raisins, almonds and mix, Garnish with cashew nuts.
