Ingredients
  

  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Peanut For Frying
  • tsp Coriander Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes and peel them.
  • Add potatoes in a bowl filled with water. along with 2 teaspoon salt for 10 minutes.
  • Rinse the potatoes. Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the potatoes and fry on high heat for 2 minutes.
  • Simmer the heat to low and and cook until potatoes are cooked through.
  • Drain the potatoes on a plate.
  • Press the potatoes gently using a potato masher.
  • Drop them again in the hot oil and fry until crispy and golden brown.
  • Drain the potatoes on a plate.
  • Mix all the dry spices in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle the masalas on the potatoes and mix well. Serve immediately.
