Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Water 
  • 80 g Rice
  • 3 Cardamom Powder
  • 85 g Dried Milk
  • 100 g Sugar 
  • 160 g Dried Whole Milk
  • 225 g Whipy Whip Cream

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add water, rice, dried milk, sugar and cardamom powder boil. then 30 minutes leaves on dum.
  • Now rice Wisk for 3 minutes. now add cream and dried whole milk .then cool it and serve .
