Dilkash Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton Chops
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • tsp Red Chili Powder
  • tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 4 tbsp Onion Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a wok or pot over medium heat.
  • Add onion and cook for 4-5 minutes or until transparent.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and mutton chops.
  • Season with salt, chili powder, turmeric and cook well.
  • Now add 1 cup water and cover the lid and cook for 40-50 minutes or until chops tender.
  • Remove the lid and stir in the tomato paste, ketchup, chili garlic sauce, sugar and mayonnaise.
  • Cook another 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Dilkash Chops are ready to serve.
