Instructions
Heat oil in a wok or pot over medium heat.
Add onion and cook for 4-5 minutes or until transparent.
Then add ginger garlic paste and mutton chops.
Season with salt, chili powder, turmeric and cook well.
Now add 1 cup water and cover the lid and cook for 40-50 minutes or until chops tender.
Remove the lid and stir in the tomato paste, ketchup, chili garlic sauce, sugar and mayonnaise.
Cook another 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Dilkash Chops are ready to serve.
