Ghee
Instructions
Mix flour with salt, sugar, baking powder, dry milk and knead into a dough with lukewarm water.
Beat master puff. Keep aside. Make balls with the prepared dough.
Make into saucer size. Spread with master puff and again form into a ball.
Now roll this into a paratha very lightly and keep putting paratha on a plastic sheet.
Cover with another plastic sheet and put to freeze in the freezer. Use as required.
