In a mixing bowl, mix together the gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, all spice powder, chili garlic sauce, sriracha sauce, coriander, corn flour, egg white and water.
Make a smooth batter. Now add chicken pieces and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
Thread chicken pieces on wooden skewers.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Fry chicken skewers on medium-low flame for 10-12 minutes or chicken cooked from inside and pakoras turn golden brown.
Take it out from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
Delicious Chicken Pakora on Skewers are ready to serve.
