Chicken Pakora on Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Gram Flour
  • 1 tbsp  Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Egg White
  • Water As Required
  • ½ tsp All Spice Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • Skewers As Required

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, mix together the gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, all spice powder, chili garlic sauce, sriracha sauce, coriander, corn flour, egg white and water.
  • Make a smooth batter. Now add chicken pieces and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  • Thread chicken pieces on wooden skewers.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  • Fry chicken skewers on medium-low flame for 10-12 minutes or chicken cooked from inside and pakoras turn golden brown.
  • Take it out from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  • Delicious Chicken Pakora on Skewers are ready to serve.
