Ingredients
  

  • 300 gm Gram Flour
  • Water As  Required
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2-3 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ Coriander Bunch
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3-4 Onion Sliced
  • Oil For Frying

Instructions
 

  • In a mixture bowl add gram flour, water and whisk to make a paste.
  • After that add red chili powder, green chilies, chili flakes, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander, salt and whisk until everything is mixed.
  • Then add onions and mix until it combines completely with the mixture.
  • Now deep fry the pakoras until they turn brown in color. Take them out in a plate and remove the excess oil.
