Air- Fry Lahori Chicken Tikka Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 750 g Whole Chicken (cut into 8 pieces)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1 tsp Ajwain (Carom seeds)
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Tikka Masala
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ cup Yogurt 
  • 1 Egg 
  • Butter For Greasing
  • Onion Rings To Serve
  • Tomato Slice
  • Lemon Wedges
  • Green Chutney

Instructions
 

  • Make incisions on chicken pieces and put in a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, carom seeds, chicken tikka masala, garam masala powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, yogurt and egg, mix well and set aside to marinate for 1-2 hours.
  • Grease an air fryer with some butter, place the marinated chicken pieces in it and air fry at 200° C for 10-15 minutes.
  • Brush with some butter and serve hot with onion rings, tomato slices, lemon wedges and green chutney.
