Instructions
In a pot heat water and bring it to boil. Add salt and oil and bring it to boil.
Add soaked rice and cook until rice is 80% done. Strain and set aside
Chicken Fajita Rice:
In a pot heat oil and add garlic, cook for a minute. Add onion, green and red capsicum and cook for a minute.
Now chili sauce, soy sauce and mix well.
In a wok add stock cube and water and cook until stock dissolves. Transfer the sautéed veggies in the wok and mix well.
Thaw frozen Fajita Toppingz as per instructions on the pack.
Add Fajita Topping in the prepared vegetable mixture and give it a good mix.
Add boiled rice and mix well over high flame for a minute. Add salt and black pepper cook for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle green onion and mix well.
Your Chicken Fajita Rice is ready. Serve and enjoy.
