In a bowl add mashed and boiled potatoes, peas, carrot, onion, chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and mix it well.
In a bowl add flour, cumin seeds, oil, salt, water and knead a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 10-15 mins. Set aside.
Take the prepared dough and cut it into 4 equal parts.
Take one part, make a dough ball and roll it out into flat circle.
Now cut small round shapes from the rolled-out dough with the help of a round cutter.
Take one round-shaped dough, place potato filling on it and place another round-shaped dough piece on it. Now twist the edges to seal the samosa.
Deep fry the prepared samosa for 3-4 mins over medium flame.
Your twisted samosa are ready. Serve and enjoy.
