In a bowl, add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,salt,onion,green chillies, breadcrumbs,lemon juice,fresh coriander & mix until well combined.
Take small quantity of mixture and make thick kababs of equal size (makes 11-12).
In a frying pan, heat cooking oil & fry kababs on medium flame from both sides until golden brown.
In a bowl, add yogurt, chaat masala & whisk well.
Add water, whisk well & set aside.
