Tomato & Onion Filled Kabab Recipe

Ingredients
  

Prepare Qeema Kabab:

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 4 Onions
  • 500 g Beef Mince
  • ½ cup Onion
  • ½ cup Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
  • Salt To Taste
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
  • 3 tbsp Oil

For Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 Chopped Green Chillies
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander

Instructions
 

Prepare Qeema Kabab:

  • Cut thick slices of tomatoes,remove its center part from each slice,chop finely & reserve for later use (approx. 1 Cup) & set aside tomato rings.
  • Cut thick slices of onion,remove center rings,chop finely & reserve for later use (approx. 1 Cup) & set aside onion rings
  • In a bowl,add beef mince,reserved chopped onion ½ cup. reserved chopped tomatoes ½ cup, ginger garlic paste,salt,cumin powder, paprika powder,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,breadcrumbs,egg,lemon juice,fresh coriander,mix well & marinate for 2-3 hours.
  • Take a small quantity of mixture,fill in tomato & onion rings & press to make kababs (makes 16).
  • In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry kababs on low flame from both sides until golden brown (cover in between if required).

For Yogurt Sauce:

  • In a bowl,add yogurt,onion, tomatoes,green chilli,salt,black pepper crushed,fresh coriander & whisk well.
  • Serve kababs with prepared yogurt sauce!
