Cut thick slices of tomatoes,remove its center part from each slice,chop finely & reserve for later use (approx. 1 Cup) & set aside tomato rings.

In a bowl,add beef mince,reserved chopped onion ½ cup. reserved chopped tomatoes ½ cup, ginger garlic paste,salt,cumin powder, paprika powder,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,breadcrumbs,egg,lemon juice,fresh coriander,mix well & marinate for 2-3 hours.
Take a small quantity of mixture,fill in tomato & onion rings & press to make kababs (makes 16).
In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry kababs on low flame from both sides until golden brown (cover in between if required).
