Instructions
In a large pan heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 2 chilli and 3 clove garlic.
Now add 2 tbsp spring onion, ½ onion and saute well.
Further add 1 carrot, ½ cup cabbage, ½ capsicum and 5 beans.
Stir fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables shrinks slightly.
Now add 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce and ½ tsp salt.
Stir fry until sauce combines well.
Add 4 cup cooked rice and mix gently until sauce is coated well.
Add 2 tbsp spring onion and mix well. Finally, enjoy chilli garlic fried rice with gobi manchurian gravy.
