Aam ka Murabba Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Raw Mangoes
  •  ½ kg Sugar
  • 2 cup Water 
  • 6 Cardamoms
  • 2 pieces Cinnamon 
  • 1 litre Water 
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Peeled dry mangoes and cut into small pieces.
  • In a pan, boiled water add dry mangoes and cook for 5 minutes. Now take it out in water, sieve and dry.
  • In another pan, add water, sugar, cinnamon, cardamoms and cook syrup. When sugar melt add dry mangoes and cook for further 5 minutes. Add vinegar and removes from the stove.
  • Cool it and pour in jar.
