Instructions
In a mixing bowl add mutton chops, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt and mix well.
Then add green chilies, lemon juice, turmeric powder, oil and mix well until oil combines with the chops. Let it sit there for about 20 minutes.
In a large pot add the marinated chops with oil and give it a mix.
Add fried onions and mix well. Let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the meat tenders.
Using the aluminum foil strips, wrap it around the edge of the chops.
