Ingredients
  

  • 6 Mutton Chops
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Oil
  • 2-3 tbsp. Oil
  • ½ cup Fried Onions
  • Aluminum Foil As Required, Strips

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl add mutton chops, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt and mix well.
  • Then add green chilies, lemon juice, turmeric powder, oil and mix well until oil combines with the chops. Let it sit there for about 20 minutes.
  • In a large pot add the marinated chops with oil and give it a mix.
  • Add fried onions and mix well. Let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the meat tenders.
  • Using the aluminum foil strips, wrap it around the edge of the chops.
