Instructions
Blend salt, turmeric, cumin, cardamoms, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and ginger, garlic in a blender. Boil mutton pieces in a pot with little water.
When tender, add prepared spices and mix cook till water dries. Blend fresh coriander, mint and green chilies finely in a blender.
Remove in bowl and mix cream with it. Heat butter in a pot, fry onions and remove on absorbent paper. Grind onions with little water in a blender.
Add mutton, fry for 5 minutes, add onion paste and cream mixture and put on slow heat till dry.
