Aloo Methi Qeema Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Beef Qeema
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 Onion, Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2-3 Tomato, Julienne
  • Water As Required
  • ½ kg Potato, Cubed
  • 4-5 Green Chili, Chopped
  • ½ cup Fresh Coriander, Chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp Dry Fenugreek

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a medium pot over medium flame, fry onions until it is translucent
  • Add the ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, ground turmeric, salt and stir well.
  • Now add the julienne tomatoes, beef mince and mix well for a minute.
  • Then add the water and stir again.
  • Add the cubed potatoes, chopped coriander, chopped green chilies, dry fenugreek leaves, mix well and then cover the lid, simmer for 10-15 minutes until oil rises to the surface and then serve it with chapati.
