Chatpatay Dumba Kabab Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Lamb Mince
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 8-10 Green Chilies
  • ½ bunch Green Coriander (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ground Ground
  • 1 tbsp Ground White Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil For Frying

Instructions
 

  • Add mincemeat to a pan, add all other ingredients and mix well so that it gets a structure like filaments.
  • Heat oil or fats on griddle or in a frying pan.
  • Shape kababs with the mincemeat mixture and fry in heated oil.
  • Hot dumba kababs are ready. Serve with raita, salad or chutney and enjoy.

Note:

  • It's optional to add whisked or fried egg in the batter of dumba kababs.
