Mix 250 grams beef ,350 grams mash lentil,100 grams Bengal gram ,2 tsp garam masala ,2tsp red chili powder ,1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1-1/2 tsp of salt and make a paste.
Now make small balls and then fry and keep it in freezer.
Heat oil in a pan and make onion light brown to make masala.
Add 2 tsp of garlic ginger paste, 2 tomatoes,½ crushed red chili,1 tsp salt,1/4 tsp of garam masala,1/2 tsp cumin and allow to cook.
Then add 3 potatoes and keep it on simmer.
When potatoes become tender then add 2 tbsp green coriander and 4 green chilies. Serve with naan.
