Daal Qeemay Ki Bariyaan Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Beef
  • 350 g Mash Lentil
  • 100 g Chana Daal
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt To Taste

For Masala:

  • ½ cup Oil
  • 1 Medium Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 2 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste
  • ½ tsp Crushed Red Chili
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Whole Cumin
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Green Coriander

Instructions
 

  • Mix 250 grams beef ,350 grams mash lentil,100 grams Bengal gram ,2 tsp garam masala ,2tsp red chili powder ,1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1-1/2 tsp of salt and make a paste.
  • Now make small balls and then fry and keep it in freezer.
  • Heat oil in a pan and make onion light brown to make masala.
  • Add 2 tsp of garlic ginger paste, 2 tomatoes,½ crushed red chili,1 tsp salt,1/4 tsp of garam masala,1/2 tsp cumin and allow to cook.
  • Then add 3 potatoes and keep it on simmer.
  • When potatoes become tender then add 2 tbsp green coriander and 4 green chilies. Serve with naan.
