In a vessel, rub the mutton mince and ghee till it becomes soft.
In the same vessel, add the red chilli flakes, cumin, coriander seeds, ginger and garlic paste, ajwain, chopped green chilli, fresh coriander, melted butter and salt. Marinate the chicken for an hour.
Mix all the ingredients well, press on the meat on to the skewer and put it in a charcoal oven for 5 minutes.
Cut the tomato and onions in chunks and grill it along with slit green chili.Serve with mint chutney or tamarind chutney.
