Clean the chaap with a wet cloth and crush it slightly.
Make a potli by putting sandalwood, fennel, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, cumin, jawtri in a fine cloth.
Add Chanap,millk,salt,spice potly and cook on low flame.
If the chanpans rot and the milk dries up, take out the spice pot, otherwise add a little milk and grind garlic and apply it to the chanpans.
Add salt and red pepper to the curd and beat it, then add gram flour and beat it well.
Heat oil in a frying pan dip chanap in the grand flour mixture and fry.
When browned on both sides, take it out and serve.
