Mango Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe Mangoes
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey (Optional)
  • A bunch of Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Few drops of Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the pit. Cut the mango flesh into small pieces and place them in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend the mango pieces until you achieve a smooth puree. If desired, you can leave a few small mango chunks for added texture.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mango puree with the yoghurt. Stir well until the mixture is smooth. You can add honey at this stage for extra sweetness and a squeeze of lime juice.
  • Transfer the mango yogurt to serving bowls or glasses. You can refrigerate it for a couple of hours to chill.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
