Thai Kabab Karahi Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mince
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1 Bread Slice
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour

Karahi Masala:

  • ½ cup Oil 
  • 2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 6 Long Chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ½ cup Tomato Puree
  • ½ tsp All-Spice
  • 1 tsp Crushed Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients of kabab in chopper, chop it, make small seekh kabab and keep it aside.

For karahi Masala:

  • Heat oil and fry onion for 5 minutes
  • Then add remaining ingredients and kabab, put 1/2 cup water and simmer it on low flame for 10 minutes.
    Then put coriander leaves and ginger and serve.
