Karahi Masala:

Instructions
Mix all ingredients of kabab in chopper, chop it, make small seekh kabab and keep it aside.
For karahi Masala:
Heat oil and fry onion for 5 minutes
Then add remaining ingredients and kabab, put 1/2 cup water and simmer it on low flame for 10 minutes.
Then put coriander leaves and ginger and serve.
