Peshawari Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Full Cream Milk
  • Sugar To Taste
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • cups Cream

Instructions
 

  • In a wok, add milk & bring it to boil.
  • On low flame,add sugar,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved.
  • Turn off the flame & let it rest for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add vanilla essence, cream & whisk well.
  • Let it cool completely then strain well with the help of the strainer.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container, cover the surface with cling film and lid & freeze for 8 hours or overnight in freezer.
  • Take out from the freezer,remove cling wrap & let it rest for 2 minutes.
  • Cut ice cream into cubes with the help of the knife.
  • In chopper,add ice cream and chop well until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into an airtight container, cover the surface with cling film and lid & freeze for 8 hours. Once frozen completely, scoop out & serve!
