In a wok, add milk & bring it to boil.
On low flame,add sugar,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved.
Turn off the flame & let it rest for 1-2 minutes.
Add vanilla essence, cream & whisk well.
Let it cool completely then strain well with the help of the strainer.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container, cover the surface with cling film and lid & freeze for 8 hours or overnight in freezer.
Take out from the freezer,remove cling wrap & let it rest for 2 minutes.
Cut ice cream into cubes with the help of the knife.
In chopper,add ice cream and chop well until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into an airtight container, cover the surface with cling film and lid & freeze for 8 hours. Once frozen completely, scoop out & serve!
