Macaroni And Cheese With Desi Chaska

Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Chicken Breast
  • 200 g Macaroni
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Tikka Masalah
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2-3 nos Green Chillies
  • Coriander as desired
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Margarine or Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash and keep the chicken breast clean, grind the green chillies and mix it with lemon juice along with the taka masala. Marinate the chicken well with this masala.
  • Boil the macaroni in salted water and put it in a sieve and drain the cold water from the top.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a pan and cover the chicken breast in it. Cook on a low flame, when the water comes to a boil, fry it on high heat and remove it from the pan by crushing it with a spoon.
  • Melt margarine or butter in the same pan and fry it by adding flour, when it starts to smell, add chicken powder mixed with a cup of hot water.
  • When the mixture thickens, add chicken, macaroni and both types of cooked things in it and mix and remove from the stove.
  • Scoop out into a pretty dish and top with finely chopped coriander and dried thyme to start off hot and enjoy a new take on macaroni and cheese.
