Wash and keep the chicken breast clean, grind the green chillies and mix it with lemon juice along with the taka masala. Marinate the chicken well with this masala.
Boil the macaroni in salted water and put it in a sieve and drain the cold water from the top.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan and cover the chicken breast in it. Cook on a low flame, when the water comes to a boil, fry it on high heat and remove it from the pan by crushing it with a spoon.
Melt margarine or butter in the same pan and fry it by adding flour, when it starts to smell, add chicken powder mixed with a cup of hot water.
When the mixture thickens, add chicken, macaroni and both types of cooked things in it and mix and remove from the stove.
Scoop out into a pretty dish and top with finely chopped coriander and dried thyme to start off hot and enjoy a new take on macaroni and cheese.
