Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Apple
  • 1 nos Pear
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Grated
  • 1 nos Salad Leaves (without stems)
  • 1 nos Lemon Juice
  • 1 Glass Water

Instructions
 

  • Quarter apples and pears, without stems and seeds, into a blender
  • Put all the other ingredients in the blender and blend it adding water as required
  • A delicious green smoothie for two is ready for breakfast
