To prepare this dish first prepare the chili oil.
Add three tablespoons of cooking oil and red chilies to the pan and cover it on low heat.
After three to four minutes, remove it from the stove and when it cools down a little, add finely chopped garlic cloves and cover it.
Meanwhile, put the cleaned and washed prawns in a bowl and marinate it by adding white part of chopped green onion, salt, garlic powder, vinegar and soy sauce.
Heat a tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan and fry these prawns in it on high flame for eight to ten minutes.
Then add prepared chili oil to it and cover it on low flame and keep it for five to seven minutes.
Add finely chopped green onion leaves and mix and remove from the stov
Dish out and enjoy with hot boiled rice or noodles.
