Wash and cut the chicken breast into thick pieces and wash and dry well.
In a large bowl, add the flour, cornflour, baking powder and baking soda and beat it with an electric mixer without adding water.
Then divide it into two parts, add salt to one part and add red pepper, black pepper, egg and a splash of water to the other part to make a thick mixture.
