Roasted Spanish Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Smokes Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper tot taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Chop potatoes in bite size cubes.
  • In a bowl mix tomato sauce, olive oil, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Put the potato cubes in a large bowl. Pour sauce mix and toss.
  • Spread the potatoes on a baking tray lined with a baking sheet.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for around 30 minutes.
  • Take out the tray and allow the potatoes to reach room temperature.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
