Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Vegetable Soup Stock
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Rice Viniger
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sause
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions
 

  • Put eggs in a bowl and stir it.
  • Mix some vegetable soup stock, soy sauce, vinegar,sugar and salt in it.
  • Heat a pan and add some vegetable oil.
  • Add some egg mixture until the ground is coated with a thin layer.
  • Remove one side of the egg and start to roll the layer togahter. Don't roll the whole egg.
  • Push the egg roll to one side and add the leftover mixture.
  • When the layer is well-done, roll it again.
  • Fry the whole roll equally from all sides.
  • Cut in 2 cm wide pieces and serve warm or cold.
