Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Potatoes (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 4 nos Almonds
  • 3 nos Silver foil
  • Kewra Few Drops
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 nos Small cardamom
  • 4 nos Pistachios
  • 1/4 tsp Yolk color

Instructions
 

  • Put the almonds and pistachios in hot water and soften the skins.
  • Put the almonds and pistachios in hot water and soften the skins.
  • Drain the peeled potatoes after keeping them in boiling water for some time.
  • Heat ghee and fry cardamom seeds.
  • When they start to smell, add milk and sugar and let them cook.
  • When it gets hot, add potatoes and keep it on the tail.
  • After mixing the milk and yolk, add chopped almonds and pistachios.
  • Sprinkle a little curry on top.
