Instructions
Put the almonds and pistachios in hot water and soften the skins.
Put the almonds and pistachios in hot water and soften the skins.
Drain the peeled potatoes after keeping them in boiling water for some time.
Heat ghee and fry cardamom seeds.
When they start to smell, add milk and sugar and let them cook.
When it gets hot, add potatoes and keep it on the tail.
After mixing the milk and yolk, add chopped almonds and pistachios.
Sprinkle a little curry on top.
