Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Rice (boiled)
  • 3 nos Medium Carrot
  • 1/2 kg Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Khoya
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios
  • Grated coconut as desired
  • 1/2 cup Cooking Oil  

Instructions
 

  • Spread the grated carrots in a frying pan and dry the water while cooking on medium heat.
  • Divide the rice, carrot and sugar into two parts, put two tablespoons of cooking oil in the pan and add one layer of rice, one carrot and one layer of sugar, add two tablespoons of milk on top and repeat the same process. .
  • Keep it on medium heat for three to four minutes at the beginning, then keep it on low heat for ten to twelve minutes.
  • Remove from the stove, add cooking oil and keep covered for five minutes.
