Ingredients
  

  • 1 lit Sweet pomegranate juice
  • 3 kg Whited Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Rose water
  • 1 lit Water
  • 1/2 tola Tartaric acid

Instructions
 

  • Heat the water on the stove
  • When hot, add sugar to it
  • Stir and dissolve the sugar while stirring
  • When the consistency of a string is ready, add pomegranate juice to it and prepare it
  • When syrup is ready, add tartaric acid
  • Now the foam will rise. Go get the mail from Pune
  • When the consistency of four strings is formed, take it off the fire and strain it hot
  • Mix rose water in lukewarm water and fill in bottles when it cools down
