  • 1 kg Munakkah
  • 2 lit Rose water
  • 1 kg Granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • Boil the manga in a cup of rose water for fifteen minutes
  • When it boils well, beat it and squeeze it so that the pulp comes out and filter the juice
  • Sifting will separate the pea seeds
  • After that, heat one teaspoon of rose extract and one teaspoon of sugar for ten minutes and prepare the sauce.
  • Finally, by mixing this syrup and the pre-prepared extract, the whole material is boiled for fifteen minutes, from which syrup is prepared.
  • When the syrup is made, fill it in bottles
