Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Chicken (boneless)
  • 2 nos Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic-ginger paste 1
  • 10 pcs Curry leaves
  • 4 nos Green Chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Tamarind
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Kalonji
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (ground)
  • 2 tbsp Poppy seeds (ground)
  • 1 tsp Cumin (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red chillies (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Mix pickle (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add onions and fry them, then add curry leaves, chicken and garlic ginger paste and fry them.
  • Add chopped red chillies, salt and turmeric powder and fry it
  • Add chopped fennel, sesame seeds, chopped cumin seeds, kalonji, poppy seeds, tamarind juice and 1/2 cup of water and cook until the oil separates.
  • Add mixed pickles and green chillies and keep it on the tail, take it out in a serving dish and serve
