Take out the cream in a clean dry bowl and keep it in the freezer and cool it down.
Beat the cream cheese and condensed milk together with an electric beater and set aside to cool.
Apply a little cooking oil to a nice platter and layer the biscuits side by side.
Dissolve the gelatin over a double boiler (place the bowl over boiling water) by sprinkling it into two tablespoons of lukewarm water.
Take the cream out of the freezer and put it on ice and beat it with an electric beater, add the gelatin and cream cheese and beat it. Then add the chocolate chips and mix it lightly.
Put half of the mixture on the biscuits and put them in the freezer, keep the rest of the mixture in the fridge.
When the freezer mixture is frozen, place a double layer of biscuits on top and pour the rest of the cooled mixture on top. Place in the freezer to freeze completely.
Add the cooking oil to the melted chocolate in a bowl and melt it over a double boiler. Remove the lasagna dish from the freezer and pour the melted chocolate over it.
