Beat the egg whites in a clean, dry large bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Then beat it by adding a spoonful of powdered sugar and when these two things are combined, add the cornflour and cocoa powder mixed in it and mix it lightly.
Finally, add vinegar and almonds and mix with a light hand. Place the butter paper in a baking tray, brush it with cooking oil and pour the prepared mixture on it.
Bake in the preheated oven for one to one and a half hours. Then close the oven and let the pavlova cool inside to harden.
