Chocolate Pavlova

Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos Egg whites
  • 6 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Co-Co powder
  • 6 tbsp Ground almonds
  • 1 tsp Viniger
  • Cooking oil as per requirement

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg whites in a clean, dry large bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Then beat it by adding a spoonful of powdered sugar and when these two things are combined, add the cornflour and cocoa powder mixed in it and mix it lightly.
  • Finally, add vinegar and almonds and mix with a light hand. Place the butter paper in a baking tray, brush it with cooking oil and pour the prepared mixture on it.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for one to one and a half hours. Then close the oven and let the pavlova cool inside to harden.
