Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Potato (large size)
  • Oil (for deep frying) as required
  • 50 gm White sesame
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the potato peel lengthwise and sprinkle it with salt and keep it for 5 minutes
  • Heat oil for deep frying in a pan and add chopped potatoes and fry until crispy and golden.
  • Spread the sesame on a plate and add the fried fries in such a way that they stick to the potato.
  • Place on a serving plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup
