Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 tsp GelatinĀ 
  • 6 tsp Sugar (ground)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 nos Egg yolks
  • 2 tsp Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Chocolate (sweetened)

Instructions
 

  • Heat the water and dissolve the gelatin
  • Put the egg yolks, sugar and milk in a bowl
  • Heat water in a saucepan and place the bowl over the hot water and whisk until it forms a soft custard.
  • Grind this mixture with gelatin, honey and cocoa powder in a grinder until smooth
  • Whip the cream and add to the mixture
  • Refrigerate until set and serve garnished with melted chocolate
